These General Rules, Terms, and Conditions set out the core rules for using Bantrbox accounts, applications, websites, and services.

Bantrbox And Application

Bantrbox is the trading name of Bantrbox Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Bantrbox.

These Rules are binding, and Bantrbox reserves the right to apply them reasonably at its discretion.

Customer Accounts

A "Customer" is any person with a registered Bantrbox account. References to "you" and "your" mean a Customer.

You must be at least 16 years old to open an account with Bantrbox.

By using, browsing, or accessing Bantrbox applications, websites, or services, or by opening an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Rules and the Bantrbox Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Rules or the Privacy Policy, including any updates or amendments, you must stop using Bantrbox and must not open an account, or must close your account where applicable.

Your personal information will be stored, accessed, used, and disclosed in accordance with applicable Australian laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Bantrbox Privacy Policy.

Changes To These Rules

Bantrbox may amend these Rules at its discretion. Changes will be published on the Bantrbox website or applications and take effect when posted unless a later date is stated.

For significant changes, Bantrbox will provide reasonable notice through the applications or by email where practical. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the current Rules and Privacy Policy.

Suspension Or Closure Of Accounts

Bantrbox may suspend or close an account at its discretion where reasonably necessary.

We will strive to notify you in advance and allow you to explain why your account should remain active. However, we may act without prior notice where required by legal, regulatory, contractual, safety, moderation, or Community Guidelines obligations.

Customer Identification

To open an account, you must meet Bantrbox identification requirements so we can verify your identity and confirm you are over 16.

You must provide accurate details, including your full legal name, email address, and date of birth where requested.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and other secure account details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access or use, notify us immediately at [email protected].

To improve account security, we recommend using a strong password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters; enabling Face ID or fingerprint login where available; activating two-factor authentication where available; and keeping account recovery information accurate and up to date.

Bantrbox reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict, or withdraw products, services, or features at any time where reasonably necessary.

While Bantrbox strives to operate fairly, efficiently, and accurately, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to our services to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Bantrbox is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, expense, or injury arising from these Rules, your account use, or actions we take regarding your account.
